Some things to think about before you have your treatment...

We have a large selection of nail colours. However, if you are matching a specific outfit or you have a specific request please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to find you the perfect polish. Alternatively please feel free to bring your own.

Remember, polish takes some hours to dry off properly, so please bare this in mind when you are planning your day.

Please bring open toed shoes with you to wear after your pedicure treatment; we wouldn’t want you to smudge your perfectly painted toes!

Reflexology
Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to all the body organs and systems. It is a term that refers to the stimulation of the microsystems of the feet to have an effect on all the glands, organs and other parts of the body. A microsystem is one part of the body that contains a reflection of the whole body. It is believed that there are at least fifteen microsystems in the human body. By applying pressure to the reflexes, one can bring the body more in to balance. Generally no implements are used in reflexology, only the therapist's hands. It can help with tension, headache, digestive imbalance and lymph drainage, as well as being a wonderfully relaxing treatment.

Nail Enhancements – Acrylic is our choice of nail enhancement. Unlike ‘gel’ nails (which is a premixed acrylic), acrylic can be soaked off, ensuring the best possible care for your nails when extensions are being applied. They are strong and will often be admired as a set of flawless natural nails.
