CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 48 working hours notice – 50% of the booked treatment cost.
Less than 24 working hours notice – 100% of the booked treatment cost or £10 for every 15min booked, whichever is the least.
This is to cover our costs only. If, however, we are able to fill your appointment no charge will be made.

A note on pricing…..
As Salon Director Rachel’s treatments will be charged at 20% above the current list price.

Prices and timings are subject to change. Please confirm pricing and timings at time of booking.

We do have a strict cancellation policy. The reason for cancellation has no bearing on our policy. This also applies when you have booked a course of treatment and when using a voucher and you cancel without the required notice. This fee will still be incurred or your treatment lost. The benefit of us having your monies upfront enables us to give you up to a 40% discount. We, therefore, need to make sure we don’t lose the booking on top of this. We are unable to give both a discount and pay a therapist for an empty slot. If we fill the slot we will of course rebook your treatment.

This cancellation policy is sadly necessary in order to afford to keep our highly experienced therapists in our industry…Thank you for your understanding…..
